Yes , I am referring to the character from White Collar.. This character from White collar is one of my favorites..

I really admire him as a person..He is a truly amazing boss..He is a no nonsense person who is very passionate about his work..Someone who cares for his subordinates, someone who thinks of everyone, thinks for the team..Too good to be true :P ..Someone whom you can trust , someone who inspires you to walk that extra mile (even after you are completely exhausted )., someone who motivates you...

He is that kind of boss who wont ask you to work , but when you see him working you want to work harder..Someone who will check on you if you are not ok or low..someone who will guide you in the right direction..who is deserving of your admiration/respect , who will fight for you...who will be with you and will trust you..
